Tracy Fritch-Thym attended California State University of Sacramento, where he earned his B.A. in Government in 2008. He then attended the Laurence Drivon School of Law, where he earned his J.D. degree in 2013. Mr. Fritch-Thym was admitted to the State Bar of California Bar in 2013, and is licensed to practice law in all jurisdictions of the State of California as well as the U.S. District Court-Eastern District of California. He served as law clerk for the Honorable Judge Linda Lofthus in 2013, assisting the court in civil research, analysis and law in motion.
Mr. Fritch-Thym has worked for several years in defense litigation with an emphasis on personal injury and insurance. His practice focuses on defending individuals and companies in actions involving motor vehicle accidents, bodily injury claims, premises liability, products liability, real property disputes, landlord / tenant commercial property disputes, libel and defamation. As a litigator, Mr. Fritch-Thym strives to achieve the best outcome for his clients through the efficient use of discovery, dispositive motions and trial to accomplish his goal.
Mr. Fritch-Thym was born and raised in Stockton, California, but has lived and worked in Sacramento for over ten (10) years. He is the first in his family to obtain both college and law degrees. He and his wife, Katie are the proud parents of twin boys, Ethan and Eli Fritch-Thym, and are active in the Sacramento/Roseville communities.
